If you have attended a past conference or event hosted by the Georgia Association of Emergency Medical Services, you were provided a continuing education transcript with a list of your continuing education hours either at the event or electronically after more recent events.
If you need a replacement continuing education transcript, there is a $5 charge for this service. All you have to do is fill out the form below and complete the payment information. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your request and payment, we'll e-mail you a new copy of your transcript.
